Brady Air Conditioning was founded in 1983 by Frank Brady. In 1987, Andrew Hillard became an equal partner in Brady Air Conditioning, and in 2002, when Frank retired, Andrew purchased his half of the business.

Brady Air Conditioning is a full service repair and remodeling company with a genuine commitment to professional and personalized service. Their market specialty is high-end residential houses that range between 8,000—33,000 square feet. Many of their unique custom residential contracts that exceed $1,000,000.

Brady Air provides all types of residential HVAC work, including hydronic floor heat, forced air heating with air conditioning, customized art and fabrication, service repair and maintenance.

Brady Air Conditioning also specializes in high-end custom home theatres that often cost up to $1,000,000 to build. The acoustic duct work in these theatres cost up to $45,000.

Brady Air Conditioning also specializes in tenant improvements for restaurants; the San Jose, Oakland, and San Francisco airports; as well as several of the bay area shopping malls.

In order to stay competitive, Brady Air is expanding their shop, both in square footage, and by adding new equipment.

They have recently purchased a plasma cutter and a computerized leaf brake, and have increased their office and shop space to 8,000 square feet.

Brady Air has 28 employees, including key personnel Rich Hillard, Sales & Estimating; Lori Hillard, Office Manager; Steve Luhrs, Plumbing and Service Department; and Dimitry Yakubovich, Estimator.

With an annual volume of almost $4 million, Brady Air Conditioning’s Mission is to provide a constantly improving level of products and service as their customer base grows.
